This app literally doesn't even work. I can't even log in because two of their mandatory fields don't work properly. Ethnicity and race are mandatory but have no drop down options associated with them. I tried downloading the app to get lab results as their automated messaging prompted me to do and ended up having to call back and wait 45 minutes for someone to tell me the clinic wasn't answering calls....

This app does not work. Like others here, I could not even set up my profile due to the issue with race and ethnicity drop down not functioning. Finally after uninstalling and reinstalling several times and trying over and over I did get set up. Then there is zero information there for me. No record of visits, meds, xrays. All empty except what info I filled out. I was told I could access my referral to a specialist that the NP put in for me and it is nowhere to be found. Very disappointing

It won't let me book an appointment because it thinks that today is January 20th even though today is the 31st and it won't let me change the appointment date manually. Checked for app update there is none. It wasn't a good app to start with. Now this.
