This app was fine until today, when it forced me to update it. Now when I try to log in, it keeps giving me some vague message about in order to log in you must set up security settings in online banking, no hint about what that means or where to do it. How can you set up settings if it won't log you in??? Very confusing and inconvenient when you need to do banking quickly.

This application and the bank have gone downhill, just a little bank trying to run with the big dogs but keep tripping. Online banking is down more than it's up anymore. 4/20/22 They updated it, and now it is not compatible with my 1-year-old Galaxy Tab A. I don't know who the developer is, but they are but guessing they were the cheapest bidder. 11/1/21 Update: this app doesn't work with Android 12 FYI.

Update 5/29/26 Can't access mobile banking at 3pm on a Friday. Update 4/17/26 Yet again, it's a weekday during peak business hours and I cannot access my banking information because the app won't allow me to log in. This has to be the 100th time since I opened my NexTier account. The online banking is notoriously unreliable. Why is the server down at 10am on a Friday? If it's scheduled maintenance, do it at 3am. If it's not scheduled maintenance, I'm concerned about why it keeps going down...
