This app was fine until today, when it forced me to update it. Now when I try to log in, it keeps giving me some vague message about in order to log in you must set up security settings in online banking, no hint about what that means or where to do it. How can you set up settings if it won't log you in??? Very confusing and inconvenient when you need to do banking quickly.

Yet again, it's a weekday during peak business hours and I cannot access my banking information because the app won't allow me to log in. This has to be the 100th time since I opened my NexTier account. The online banking is notoriously unreliable. Why is the server down at 10am on a Friday? If it's scheduled maintenance, do it at 3am. If it's not scheduled maintenance, I'm concerned about why it keeps going down... Sometimes I can't even buy groceries at Walmart because the services are down 👎

Exactly what I needed to keep a better eye on my spending habits and balance. Much easier than trying to find an ATM when I'm away from home. Since the new update the app is easier to go through and there's hardly ever long waiting times for when things are loading.
