Welcome to the NIBSS BVN mobile enrollment application. This is your tool to access features that allow you successfully enroll anyone into the BVN ecosystem.

A high level overview of the features of the application include;
- Data Capture; allows you capture the textual data required for BVN enrollment.
- Image Capture; allows you capture the image while conforming to the required ICAD standards for BVN enrollment.
- Fingerprint Capture; allows you capture fingerprint data while conforming to the required NIST NFIQ standards for BVN enrollment.
- Signature Capture; allows the individual acknowledge that they have submitted themselves to the BVN enrollment process.
- Offline Capture capability; allows you carry out enrollment activities regardless of internet downtime. Please note that you must have logged in already prior to this.
- Location Capture; allows the successful logging of the location an enrollment was captured.
- Permissions; All permissions presented must be accepted, otherwise, you will not be able to gain access to the login interface of the application.

Ratings and reviews

This present version isn't much different from other versions except that the picture time is now faster. Cases of bad photo quality keep occurring. I'd advise that you make results editable such that we don't have to repeat the whole enrollment process but to fix that only complaint. It would be a better feature. Thank you.

too much enrollment failures and errors massage 1. invalid signature 🙄 2. invalid name 😡 3. unacceptable Signature 4. suspicious enrollment like how can someones signature or name be invalid????? 😂 that's just pure nonsense please nibss fix your BVN ENROLLMENT APP, agents love to work but not like this with this unacceptable stress 🤬

Great but I still can't enrol with 8 and 2 fingers at once. I capture the fingers individually. is there any way I can do it?
