Constantly have to uninstall and reinstall, which isn't aa bad as the latest issue where you sign up for available UTO, then it says it's updating your schedule for hours sometimes! It goes past the point of the shift start time, so I've just worked the shift since it never confirmed, then once that time I tried to take off ended, it suddenly said my shift had been updated! But if you don't work when it says updating shift and it's taking forever, sometimes the reverse happens & we get a point!

This app barely works half the time. I always have to constantly reinstall it for it, too, even work. after a month or less of use. It constantly loads into a blank screen, but the moment I reinstall the app, it just works again, but then I have to get my companies reactivation code every single time. I can't use my companies computer any time I want to view my schedule whenever the app decides to not work. PLEASE FIX THIS

First of all the app doesn't work for days on end and only shows a blank screen. Secondly, I had an incident where I was very sick and went to use the app for sick time, which I had plenty of, and it kept saying your request is denied when it did work, only to have the next morning it say your request has been approved...after I worked my shift. a lot of good that did. Third, and lastly, I have my notifications turned on yet I do not receive notifications about VTO or overtime, ever.
