This was a decent program you got paid $3, to answer the questions, till it didn't work anymore. Surveys constantly never load. Support is useless, they respond, but then later delete your response without reading the emails when you respond. Not worth the time. There are better ones that pay way more for the same amount of time and questions and they actually work!

This app was apparently not tested before it was rolled out. Every survey I attempt gets stuck in "pending", even though you cannot complete it. When you do get a question, it just "spins" and repeats questions. The redeem points section gives an "unknown error". There is no place for screenshots in feedback, even though they ask for them via emails. The staff reviewing ticket complaints doesn't read your messages & sends automated replies. Terrible app & company.

App makes it easier than using email to conduct the surveys, however, the placement of the zoom in/zoom out bar makes it near impossible to submit the question without having to zoom in to see the submit button. They are on top of each other. The zoom function is not needed as a user interface as using the hand gestures to zoom works. Please fix this inconvenience, either by moving the zoom feature or taking the button out all together. Every page of the survey took longer to submit due to this
