Using a Bravia 3 TV as a viewing device and live feed from a Moto Z3 phone. Image is much smaller than the TV screen. No setting to fill the screen/increase resolution. Also, I cannot find the "Record" function. When I lock the phone screen, image automatically turns into portrait mode and is 90° rotated, regardless of the physical orientation of the device. Therefore, it is pretty much useless, as you have to keep the phone's screen always on=>a dead battery.And lastly, it cannot take pictures.

Pointless as it won't record, keeps freezing, has no ptz as it's greyed out on all my cams ( works perfectly on every other app) to say it's basic is an overstatement. 7 day trial and I've cancelled after 1 hour. I have V380 pro app, it has all options and 24/7 cloud storage for only £3.33 a month even less if you just want event recording. I gave 2 stars because it found all my cams first go.

App crashes instantly on Samsung Note 8 running Android 9. Edit: App received an update today that addressed the problem I was experiencing. I also received an email that update was available that should fix my problem. I have updated the app and tested the phone a Nd indeed it does work as advertised. Well done on addressing my problem and thank you very much for your effort and dedication. I will test this for a month or so and might then subscribe to your Pro edition. Once again thank yo
