My registration was rejected, I called the local support to check why, their simple answer we don't, and they don't know what to do next to allow me to register. With such answers how do you trust such a service?

I've been waiting for the Samsung Wallet update for more than 2 and a half years now, and still nothing from Nomo. I'm very disappointed. The Google wallet is way worse in every aspect when compared to Samsung wallet. Please do better, Nomo.

I've been attempting to complete the onboarding process for over a week now, with no success. The main issue lies in the passport verification step, which consistently fails to work automatically. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times for assistance, I've found their responses to be unhelpful and unable to resolve the issue.
