Terrible customer care service. I've bought several phones and gadgets from them before and usually their stuff is good, but if for any reason your product has an issue, the customer care staff are slow, unhelpful, unresponsive and has nothing to give you other than false promises.

Very bad experience. Totally waste of time. First of all the sales representative on the phone call recorded my wrong information and generated a link to purchase the item, secondly once i purchased the item they were unable to update my personal information and that's why i am unable to track my item myself. It was mentioned item will be delivered within one day and i am still waiting (third day). Really disappointed.

The order is 'scheduled' to be delivered 3 days later, but still not delivered 1 week after. When I canceled the order then the item come. Useless WA support & call support, always 'will be delivered today or tomorrow' message.
