Still no difference. I keep encountering busses that are late, off schedule, blow past the stop, or some other screw up with the scheduling system. I've managed to make it on time where I was planning to go this month once. Just once. Also took a trip and typed airport looking to fly out of MSY and the directions brought me to the old airport. Need to differentiate between the two. One gets you where you're going the other to a parking garage. Edited: system still and almost always inconsistent.

Only good for purchasing tickets. Nothing else. The location tracker barely works so you can't even plan when you should be at the bus stop, which defeats the main point of the app which is so that people don't have to get stuck in the rain or cold waiting for the bus. The buses are rarely on time (if they even bother showing up) so you constantly miss transfers. The schedule is constantly wrong, you are literally better off looking up bus routes on google maps. NOLA incompetency as a app

Much better than the prior app. Has everything including purchasing tickets (which works well). Main issue is that UX sucks with pop ups that block key info or repeat weekly (RTA asking me to rate their app for their own data again) or it gets hard to navigate (having to make several clicks to get back to tickets). These are all minor issues in the grand scheme of things but should be noted. Bigger issues are with RTA and not the app but they are so much better now.
