Ratings and reviews

The app works pretty decently but there's no option to save your personal information for future use which makes concurrent ticket purchases a bit tedious. Unrelated to the app, their baggage fees if your bag is over weight can cost more than the price of your ticket. At the time I'm writing this the allowed combined weight is 10kg for any ticket except their most expensive option. The thing that made me angry was that I was stopped as I was about to board the plane and forced to pay.

App logs out often when not connected. This is stupid as its supposed to be shown in flight mode in air to benefit from rewards. Almost every time I cannot show the priority mark in air. Please make an app that can show the "P" from last known status at the last logged in profile, even if it isnt connected to internet.

I'm appalled at all the positive reviews here. Since yesterday I have been trying to look up the details of my booking in the app, and I have been consistently getting "A technical error occurred, please try again". I'm unable to check in to my flight! The website is just as bad!
