Used this app for ev charging. while I eventually got the app to work, I first had to recover a password, was told they couldn't email me because it was out of hours, couldn't read an error message telling me to set up payment because it couldn't fit on the screen, I couldn't find where to add payment details and then I couldn't get the SWIPE to charge function to work properly. whoever designed the ev charging component of this app should be fired.

App is difficult to navigate, with advertisements for additional services making it hard to find/access to your account information. The chat function is a complete waste of time sending you into a loop of regret for thinking that it could solve your problems. When renewing membership by credit card app seeks authorisation to auto debit your card in subsequent years. I would prefer NRMA not retain my Credit Card details on their system. I am troubled by this request.

Haven't used the app before. Got an email from NRMA, download and sign in and get 25$. 3 months later and 2 months of NRMA resolving their internal IT problems - they couldn't resolve it. in short a stunt just to increase the download count on play store or app store. disappointed. if they can't handle 25$ not sure what their other service is actually like.
