Ratings and reviews

I find it difficult to navigate. It is not easy to find what I need in this app. The much touted search bar does not give me relevant results. I just lists a whole lot of things that might have a few letters of one word somewhere in an article. I'm sure devs can do much better if they tried, or maybe get a dev to design it instead of using someone who 'knows computers'.

I use a Samsung Galaxy mobile phone and can't login to the mobile App. The mobile App indicates it has sent a verification number, but it never arrives on my mobile or in my email account. Yet I can login online and see that all my details are recorded correctly!! I have been trying for months. I have even deleted and reinstated the app many times. It is completely useless. I called NRMA about it but they don't have a solution. I give up.

Tried to use the App for EV charging today. After 30 minutes and a call to the call centre, I gave up. Worst charging experience in two and half years. App is difficult to use, and not intuitive at all. Once I finally added my payment details, it charged me 2 X $15 to plug the cable in, but would not accept my card for EV charging - go figure that out😬 So I left with $30 charged to my card and no car charging. My recommendation, save time and choose an alternative network!
