Not much of use in it Fuel discount is rubbish. Most stations don't offer it. Just tried to book accommodation, fill out details and get to end asks for membership details. Because I am in the app I have back out of booking detail to get number then type it all back in again. The app knows who I am and member number???? Rubbish still App has issues. every link I use gives me a security block telling me to contact the website owner. no contact details...click on contact details you get the same

Sorry for the delay here Gordon. It's a shame to hear the discount hasn't been handy for you. If you are in NSW, the my nrma app will also show you service station pricing for all retailers, which is another way you can save on your fuel costs. Keep an eye out for the red pins when searching fuel pricing to identify discount offer too. - Paul

Travelling 11000 klms plus around Australia recently. The NRMA has incorrectly identified fast charging stations ghat are either non operational or simply not where they say they are! Despite numerous emails the fast charger is not at Tennant Creek but is in fact at Three Ways and was not operational either. The Fifty klms on to find I had to return on a depleted battery in my EV back to Three ways was incredibly risky and I had to travel at around 50 klms with windows up and no air on. Please..

This app is terrible. The amount of friction to using this app will make you wish you had stayed with a petrol car. Why do they require your date of birth and postal address for an app that's suppose to let you charge your car? Why is the only way to register is to receive an sms? Why can't I use SSO? And the list goes on. I'm stuck in a country town and the app says my app account is deleted and there is no way to get it back.
