I can't access any of the renuspa library. I just keep getting the, "Oops something went wrong. Try refreshing the page." I'm so disappointed that I spent this money and can't use it. Update - it is working now. My only complaint is that I can't change the minutes of my renuspa when the app is running. It wants me to switch from 4 minutes to 3, but I can't unless I exit the app.

Updated on 9/15/22: Now it's working. I can take my photo all right, and my samsung phone is well connected. Just unintalled the app and reintalled it, and tried all over. Can't take my photo for skin consultation. I got new lumispa io yesterday and won't sync with my samsung phone. My friend's Iphone works awesome. Only all android phones are not working. What's the point of new app and device if it won't connect to mobile? Should have this matter fixed BEFORE they sell the device.

UPDATE 9/21: Thank you NuSkin for responding to my reach out. You have been incredible and resolving this issue. And yes as of today my app fully works! It's amazing! Thank you again! ------ Super frustrated that as a brand rep I can't use the skin consultation and app on my galaxy phone. I can't even show my customers how to use it. Disappointing.

Hi, we just pushed an app update with a fix for this issue. Please make sure you have the latest version and that you give the app permission to access your camera. Thanks!
