extremely difficult to withdraw money when you need it. they won't just send to the account that deposited the money, you have to talk to a robot, request that your account be "verified". this is an opaque process that takes a long time, I'm still waiting a week later with no indication that anything has happened and my emails ignored.

☆ ​Depositing money is completely seamless, but the moment you try to withdraw, the app traps you in an endless loop of account verification. It makes no sense why an account that already transfers money in suddenly requires endless verification to take money out. The user experience is incredibly frustrating and dishonest. Look elsewhere if you actually want access to your money

Still have to go through setting up pin code and biometric login on a very regular basis. Twice now in less than 24 hours. Honestly, what's the point in an app that's more painful to use and login than a web browser?!? The fees you charge deserve much better quality than this rubbish. Its been like this for months now, apparently nobody cares.
