If I could give zero stars I would. My wife got an account with this bank a few weeks back and the whole experience has been terrible. We are constantly on the phone with support. Her card constantly gets locked for "fraud" at the oddest times, mostly when we are standing at a register trying to get groceries. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STAY AWAY!

bank is fine, the app kinda sucks for me. like 1 in 3 times of trying to check the app, it just won't log in and says error, try again later, but the website works every time.

Out of nowhere , after 4 months, while I'm out of town....They informed me that they mistakenly allowed me to add my wife as a joint owner to my thrivent money spend and my savings, even issuing her a debit card and then remove her and cancel her card leaving her without access to our money!! This is insane!!!!
