the only reason I'm giving 1 star is because it won't let me submit a review with one . I was ripped off . I opened the account with no issue , went to try and use the money that I had put in the account upon opening , it was declined . Now I cannot sign in at all via web page or approve tried forgot user name and password still haven't received any emails I tried 2 or 3 times and I emailed customer service and nothing . so I was basically robbed..10 out of 10 do not recommend !!

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife got an account with this bank a few weeks back and the whole experience has been terrible. We are constantly on the phone with support. Her card constantly gets locked for "fraud" at the oddest times, mostly when we are standing at a register trying to get groceries. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND STAY AWAY!

i really enjoyed the service the only negative is if you forget your password and its after hours im in the western time zone they are in the eastern timezone. the customer service isn't 24 hours so if your card or account get locked your stuck until they open the following day
