If Observa rejects an observation, is the data still sent to the customer?

Never. At Observa, we only want to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the secret shopper didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

Ratings and reviews

Updates regarding reply from Observa! They say my images were too much of an angle. Well, maybe you should take into consideration the aisles are too narrow to catch images at a straight angle. Worst ever! I was quickly reminded as to why I deleted this app the first time. You waste time going into stores to observe with this company. They ALWAYS find means to reject to avoid paying!! Find another way because this one isn't it.

This app is hit and miss. There is usually some sort of task available and the pay is decent compared to similar platforms. It seems like submissions can get rejected pretty easily and all the work ends up being a waste of time. When they do get approved it isn't usually too long from submission to payment, if it doesn't get rejected. Out of 15 submissions I had 5 rejected. The platform is easy to use.

The application requires a fast speed connection at the end of the project when data has to be uploaded. I wish they could offer more observations to work on. I started a to buy more from Whole Foods Market being an observer. 01/26 The app has updates making transition from partially completed projects into rebooked one very smooth (considering noone accept the project in the meantime). There are detailed instructions and attached reference letters for staff members.
