So far the app is quite good. Except for creating a favorite account. It is impossible for us to key in the generated OTP within sometimes in 5 seconds. I spent for about 45 mins to just created 10 accounts. I wonder how can I complete it for creating about 50 accounts. Pls give us at least 30 seconds to KEY IN your generated OTP. Sometimes, It gives us enough time to do so, but sometimes it give us just within 5 seconds to do so. Overall, the system generated OTP is not standard in timing

App wasn't loading, so i reinstall it. Turns out I have to wait for 12 hours for it to reactivate again... Don't make the same mistake I did. Takes more than 10 minutes for the call center to pickup my call.

Updated the UI but now DuitNow ID transfer not working at all. App hangs after choosing the option. It's an ok app but not great. I would suggest 2 features to improve the app. 1. Please notify the approver once a transaction is being initiated by maker. 2. Make it possible to add favorite accounts via mobile app.
