Ratings and reviews

The app is not synchronized to be used with a computer. I wanted to transfer money from my laptop but the OCBC website requires notification from this app to be approved but the notification never came, no matter how many times being resent, and there's no button on this app to approve the transaction. Just stick to the OTP from the one token, come on. What a hassle. Change this and that, very soon I'll change bank

Neither app not laptop version of any help. I've forgotten my password both for login internet banking and debit card pin and trying to reset. It keep going around in circles and ask for OTP which apparently I'm not set up for or device isn't then it ask for login pin? How the heck are you able to reset when don't know either??? I have both my debit card and NRIC. There must be a better option. I am also currently out of the country and can't call. Therefore I'm not so sure this is functional

The app need improvement. Look and feel is fine. Transaction history only 7 days is too stingy, at least should show 1 month history. There is also don't have installment amount detail in loan summary or loan detail page, need to check at payment page. Hopes OCBC can improve the app from client perspective.
