10 months later: Still not working unless you sign away undisclosed access to your phone. Have not used the app since. Cash and bank visits only. It appears that I am not the only one doing this. Hope they sort their security out soon🤕

During FPX transaction, have to open app to approve the transaction. After approved, gonna wait so so so x10 long to continue the transaction. Sometimes timed out, have to restart everything. Now i transfer all my fund to MAE, better experience.

1. When doing fpx transaction, app authorise token does not pop up. Even when manually go and click approve from the app, the flow just halted at merchant app. 2. When performing transfer from web, one token was asked. When app one token page is launched, the page asked for approval for the transaction. At this point, user would expect since approval is granted then web flow should continue, but no. Once token is entered, web says error wrong token. How to complete any transaction at all?
