Terrible app experience!! Since last month the password input does not work at all, eventhough the password is exactly correct, it just keep on showing "Authentication failed". So I got no choice I have to use website to login. Please fix it as the app is practically unusable now!!

Very poor experience. Cannot log in using the app. Everything needs onetoken to approve while I cannot log in. So I cannot transfer or view my account after my onetoken deactivated.

Very long loading time and no response totally. How to perform online transaction? Pls wake up look at your apps. How people want to perform bank transactions? your apps keep showing " ocbc " with white background only. Very proud of your brand 😁 and forgotten the customer experience
