At the Mobile County Health Department/Family Health, we are committed to the health and safety of our community, and providing the education needed to promote, improve and protect the overall health of Mobile County. My MCHD Health Check is part of our initiative to create greater access to medical information and health care in our city. Through the app, you will be able to access information regarding primary medical care, diagnostics, family planning, nutritional services and much more. You will also have access to after-hours assistance from our on-call nurses or through the information available in your patient portal, including your medical records.
