About this app

OdoPilot is a car maintenance tracker and fuel log in one app. Log every fill-up, EV charge and service against the odometer, and see what each car really costs to run: fuel consumption, gas mileage, charging costs and maintenance, all in one place.

FUEL LOG AND GAS MILEAGE
Log each fill-up: odometer, volume, price and whether the tank was filled completely. Fuel consumption (L/100km or MPG) is calculated between full tanks, so you see your real gas mileage, not an estimate. The consumption card shows how your driving splits between highway and city. Forgot to log some fill-ups? Mark the gap and the average stays right. Petrol, diesel and LPG bi-fuel cars are supported, with cost and consumption tracked per fuel.

EV CHARGING LOG
Log charging sessions for an electric car or plug-in hybrid: odometer, energy added, start and end charge, location and cost. Energy use is tracked in kWh/100km or kWh/100 mi, next to fuel consumption on the same plug-in hybrid.

SERVICE REMINDERS AND SERVICE HISTORY
Set a reminder for any job: oil change, tyres, brakes, timing belt, inspection, insurance. It is due by distance, by time, by whichever comes first, or on a single date. Coming up on the dashboard shows what is due next, and reminders arrive as a notification. Each service records what was done, when, at what odometer and where, with photos and documents, and moves its reminders on.

CAR COSTS
The dashboard adds fuel, charging and maintenance into one running cost per km or per mile, for each car and for any period.

TRIP COST CALCULATOR (Pro)
Mark a trip between two odometer readings and see its real fuel or charging cost and consumption, compared with the car's average.

EVERY CAR IN ONE ACCOUNT
Cars, motorcycles and vans, each with its own odometer, fuel log, charging log and service history. Sign in with Google, Apple or email.

CSV AND PDF EXPORT (Pro)
Export fuel, charging and service history to CSV or PDF, with a cost summary for expense reports, resale or your own records.

UNITS AND CURRENCIES
Metric or imperial, set once and used everywhere. Each entry keeps the currency it was paid in, and totals are converted to your account currency.

One active vehicle, 36 fill-ups, 100 charges, 1 reminder and 2 services per year. History is never hidden or capped; only new entries are. New accounts start with a 30-day Pro trial. OdoPilot Pro removes the yearly limits and unlocks trip costs and export. It is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly.
