To use the OECU Digital Banking app, you must be a member of Oklahoma Educators Credit Union. Current online banking users may log in by downloading and launching the app, then logging in with their existing login credentials.

Ratings and reviews

There are 2 issues, one being a major issue and I'm considering switching banks over. 1. I had to log in with my password, then it REQUIRED me to set up a 4 digit passcode. Now when logging in, I only have to use a 4 digit passcode to get in, and it saves my username too. I do NOT like this. I want the option to enter my password every time without having to delete my profile each time I log in. 2. Transactions are showing up as non-negative values and deposits are showing up as + values.

The app is always crashing. Anytime you go into a branch, they want you to use that damn machine. Where is the customer service. Switching banks and closing all accounts with this bank.

All of the ladies are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable at the Duncan office.
