By mainland app Boss直聘, so it forces useless fns like pretense to chat, lacks filter retention (resets every time, even desktop browser same). Lacks privacy protection (must open profile to public to apply and play the msging game, so you get spammers looking you up and msging you too), not enough notifications categories so it is constantly popping up (HR read ur msg, go msg them now). It adopts all the bad annoying mainland features (waste time babying it) and stripes privacy refinement!!

Initially seemed great from the advert, after many experiences, it has reached a point where some companies have no online listings, which raises concerns about the safety of sharing candidate data for other purposes. Additionally, employers often do not follow up after initial chats on the app; they tend to disappear without informing candidates whether they will proceed to the next stage. Salary range listed is significantly lower than expected. There is significant room for improvement.
