BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

There is a problem, when activating the ecommerce option on card, we can't select the Now time .. the app only allow the time to be set in multiple of 5 minutes. That's annoying. also kindly re imagine the interface of this app all together.. other bank apps are so quick easy and seemless.

The Bank AL Habib mobile app doesn’t allow taking screenshots of transaction receipts. This causes inconvenience if a user forgets to save the receipt. Please update the app to allow screenshots or add an option to re-download receipts. Other banking apps already provide this useful feature.
