One of the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life actually the app is always locked without informing the customers about the correct process also it took me several days to reach out to the technical support you need to fix your application to retain your clients

This is the worst banking app experience I've ever had I'm logged out for 5 days now I can't log in because the security image and phrase isn't loading the customer service is absolutely useless they say to keep install and uninstall the app over and over until it works which is not happening BTW this is not acceptable in any way

This is the worst bank application experience Ive ever had Log out for almost a month now I can't log in because a security image and account statement doesnt load Customer service doesnt work at all They say keep the app installed and uninstall it again and again until it runs, which is unacceptable.
