I really like the new design; it's a significant improvement over the previous one. However, adding a dark mode and more color theme options would make it even better. While the current design is good, further enhancements could really elevate the user experience. Modern apps are visually appealing, so incorporating some design psychology could make this app even more engaging and user-friendly.

This new app is so broken. I lost many of my payees. I can add them again, I have no issue with that. But, it's so hard to log into the app. It just keeps loading and then show some error or say try again. When I try again with fingerprint or password the login button just freezes and nothing happens. After log in I can't see my favorite payees on top. I have to scroll down to the favorite payee. What's the point of marking it as favorite if I have to find it among other payees? Very poor UX.

Worst banking app ever. After the latest update, most of my beneficiaries have disappeared. The browser version still works with the old password, while the app requires the new one. Beneficiaries visible on the browser don’t appear in the app at all. On top of that, it’s extremely slow—you have to start struggling hours before you actually want to make a transaction. Nobody has that kind of spare time. Logging in takes multiple attempts, and completing a transaction is an even bigger headache.
