I downloaded the app with an aim to open an account in Meezan Bank. However since yesterday, whenever I open the stuck, it gets stuck on the first logo page. The line keeps moving but the app is stuck on the page. I have taken every possible measure but in vain. No idea what to do since I cannot go to a branch and the WhatsApp Helpline is for customers only.

Worst, I tried around 10 times to open an account; sometimes it failed to scan documents, sometimes it crashed, and around three times it got stuck on the last step. After scanning fingers, it showed a white screen with no text and no button, and wallah, now you can't do anything. Wasted 2+ hours :(
