I faced errors like "Trying to insert a duplicate record" while registering for a Meezan Digital Account, despite being a new user. After multiple failed attempts, I contacted Meezan Bank via WhatsApp, and they resolved it. While I appreciate the support, the app should provide clearer error messages and a smoother registration process for new users. Hope they improve this!

The app is not working properly I was applying for the Debit card but due to technical issues I'm unable to do so each time I tried it appears blank no option appears for the selection of card I uninstalled the app then again install but the app is not working still I went to the bank (cavalry)before applying online, the lady (Nazia accounts manager) over there told me that you can apply online and it will be free of cost. I felt that she wasn't even listening she was busy with her phone.

There is a serious issue in the Meezan Digital Account app regarding debit card request. After CNIC verification, the “Select Your Card” screen remains completely blank and no debit card options appear. I have been facing this issue for many days and tried clearing app data and reinstalling, but nothing worked. My account is active, yet I am unable to order a debit card. Please fix this technical issue urgently.
