I'm not happy about the way you guys disregard your customers who now need your help. I've been locked out of my voltvogue ebike that I've had about a month, and there's no one to help and no place to return it, even though I have a year warranty. can you help?

This app is terrible. I have 2 scooters and can only see one at a time. I can not switch to the other one at all.

couldn't be any better!! I absolutely love my scooter and this app! it works perfectly and does everything I want it to do and more!! it's excellent quality for the price I paid and it's easy to use I have and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family!! thank you so much!!
