Very good. No issues with it at all. Was a little concerned after buying the plug from ebay. A lot cheaper than anywhere else I might add. But, used with Alexa to turn the Christmas tree lights on and off. Worked perfectly. Loving the power usage function, and as a geek, I've checked the usage indicator against specs on different things I've plugged into it, and, it's actually very accurate. Nice one, the devs have come up with a very useful app, and a nice product also. Well done all concerned.

My bad decision to purchase IOT device from this manufacturer, it sometimes work & sometimes not work, we need our iot device all up, because it for day to day use, i will never buy any iot which supported by this app, pathetic. 24 apr 2026 edit: New update broke name view, button name hide with button

The app is slow most of the time and it takes sometimes more than a minute to show the configured switches. Also after updating their server code, my wifi smart switch has stopped working reliably for google voice commands. Google sends the command to turn on or off the switch properly, but the seetime server does not respond back to google api, if the operation is successfull or not. This causes google to respond "Sorry, I can't reach xxx switch right now. Please try again". Help and online technical support for seetime products is non-existent. If you are buyting seetime products for home automation, stay away because of lack of proper customer service, online forums to discuss their products.
