I've had a bird feeder that's powered from this app for over 2 years. Out of nowhere they're starting to charge monthly for a basic feature that it had since the beginning. If you want to watch recorded video, expect to pay $15/mo. The app also crashes and performs horribly. Do yourself a favor and return whatever product you got, in favor of something that won't charge another subscription. Unfortunately they did this after I owned mine for more than 2 years. This feels like a huge scam!

When I first got the camera that corresponds with this app, the app constantly crashed w/ constant ads. I didn't mind, because having access to recordings that I missed made it worth it. I could download recordings to share with friends, take screenshots during recordings for my own personal collection, and set the timing of the recordings between 10 and 30 seconds. Recently, the owners made changes and now require an expensive subscription to access basic features. I'd say 0 stars if I could.

So my biggest issue with this app is the PC version stops running the camera feed unless you have the app open on your phone. And even then sometimes it stops running. but it doesnt actually shut the camera off. so its on a frozen screen and unless you check the timer you are unaware it stopped running. id be more inclined to pay for their subscription if this app actually did the bare minimum of what its supposed to do.
