Speaking as someone in the IT industry, this app is unusable. I simply want to create an account. On multiple occasions, I have not been able to even REGISTER a personal account (which indicates some back-end issue). Remediating between the front-end and back-end to get something as simple as this, should not be this difficult. Please help fix this guys.

Your app is down and not functioning properly. Your face verification keeps coming up with an error message and logging me out. Customer experience terrible. not able to authenticate, authorise or transact on web or mobile device, or app.

When logging in, the app keeps saying that my session has expired and redirects to the login page. It is stuck in this loop no matter how many times I try to log in
