Never works always have to call the call center and hang on for 20 to 30 minutes and then told I'm with the wrong department even when I give them their own reference number. Totally useless both app, on line and call centre.

Old Mutual has the worst online system out of all the financial service providers that I have ever used. This lack of functionality forces the customer to go via a financial advisor for just about everything. The customer therefore has to pay advisory fees. These fees eat into the customer's capital every month, and he receives little or no benefit from them.
