it has been stuck on processing the withdrawal on my tax free account since May and now it's the end of August. I tried to contact Old Mutual and couldn't help me. Went to the branch, told me they know nothing about apps and they were never trained. I am thinking of leaving Old Mutual in this case. Poor customer service. The app support team never responded to my emails. I did uninstall and install the app. Even on website it's just stucked.

Never works always have to call the call center and hang on for 20 to 30 minutes and then told I'm with the wrong department even when I give them their own reference number. Totally useless both app, on line and call centre.

very bad experience. from missing investments to login issues and availability issues, this app is useless to anyone looking to keep a daily eye on things
