One ongoing issue, which I have highlighted in multiple updates, is the inability to log in while using a VPN. The cause is unclear, but it remains inconvenient.

Why can't my daughter access her funeral policy on the app. It keeps buffing till kingdom come. Please help. She Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, rebooted the phone, logged in over 2 days and nothing.

Speaking as someone in the IT industry, this app is unusable. I simply want to create an account. On multiple occasions, I have not been able to even REGISTER a personal account (which indicates some back-end issue). Remediating between the front-end and back-end to get something as simple as this, should not be this difficult. Please help fix this guys.
