Reorder your debit card or turn it off if you’ve misplaced it

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the O2 Digital Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Old Second National Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Displaying the message, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.", is neither informative nor helpful. Please update to useful information and\or include a link to current updates, outages, or issues ongoing with O2 Digital Banking both via web and mobile. It is genuinely frustrating when I see a 500 (Internal Server Error) but no valuable information as to why this is happening.

app used to work great then they changed to a more complicated sign in procedure with a 2 part verification. the app will not send me the code to get into it. I updated it with no luck and uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. right now it is useless. I don't understand all the unnecessary changes.

Great Bank, excellent staff at the Evergreen Park, IL.Branch,as well as the Customer Service at the main Bank. They follow up with you, after the initial call to be sure the problem was resolved, and ask if you are satisfied, and to reach out to them if, and when you may need to.
