To use the O2 Digital Banking app, you must be enrolled as a Old Second National Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

app used to work great then they changed to a more complicated sign in procedure with a 2 part verification. the app will not send me the code to get into it. I updated it with no luck and uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. right now it is useless. I don't understand all the unnecessary changes.

Update - issue seems to be resolved. Now I ask that they put the times that charges were made. This app is garbage. They do maintenance every single day and when most do it in the middle of the night, they do it between 8 and 10pm. It causes my balance to be off in the app, and most times, it says I have hundreds more than I actually do. Other times it says there is an error and won't change even after a purchase. We were a First Merchants transfer and I am not happy with this O2 app at all.

Displaying the message, "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again later.", is neither informative nor helpful. Please update to useful information and\or include a link to current updates, outages, or issues ongoing with O2 Digital Banking both via web and mobile. It is genuinely frustrating when I see a 500 (Internal Server Error) but no valuable information as to why this is happening.
