the app sucks. It gives bare minimum menu options, can't find 2 for $6 super snack menu anywhere. This particular place charges for any extra drop of a condiment. if you want to add ketchup they charge you money, but they don't take any money off the item if you don't want ketchup. Overall, the staff are decent, the business model is terrible and opportunistic & between the app & that location charging extra money for things that shouldn't be charged for combined with limited menu I rate it a 2

Wow. TERRIBLE! I thought that a newly released app would fix the (many) issues that the old DQ app had. Boy, was I disappointed. This text field does not have enough space for me to outline them all... in a nutshell: it is an infuriatingly chaotic app. It is difficult to order exactly what you want, it is organized in a bizarre manner, and the drink options for combos don't work properly. Go back to the drawing board! Model your app after one that works - say, like the Tim Hortons app.

Update: after a very painful beginning this app works fine but I can't give more than 3 stars due to the poorly executed launch. ---------- Awful "update". I'd say that we're being used to test this new app, but the old (working) app has been deactivated. I can't transfer my account because it won't let me select a location. I've tried numerous times. Even when it listed locations the process times out.
