Worst App experience. placed order and and selected location for pickup, sent my order to a location 1 hour from my house. called and canceled thinking it was my mistake. placed second order and checked everything before checking out and it sent my order to another location over 40 minutes from my house. Definitely not a me error but an app error. decided not to try a third time and took my business elsewhere.

I couldn't enter what dipping sauces I wanted after clicking dipping sauces & I can't provide special instructions like lite ice in the beverages or extra parmesan cheese on my salad, etc. Eating utensils is not an option too. App needs to be updated better. Online ordering was never an option, but the app let's you specialize the order a little more. Glad I don't have to call 10x in a row anymore to place my order.

App doesn't function properly. If you try to order the 25 wing/chip combo with more than one flavor, the app crashes every time. It will work long enough for you to pick each heat index and flavor. Then, when you select "add to basket", the screen goes black. The app will eventually refresh and take you BACK to the step you just completed. Over.... and over.... and over.
