Download the Hot Chicken Takekover app to get rewards and to redeem them with every order. Here’s how it works:
1) Register your credit/debit card(s) in the app.
2) Order as usual.
3) We’ll alert you when you earn a reward. No need to fish your phone out, check-in, or scan anything. Just pay as usual.
4) Rewards show up on your phone for you to use. It's like magic!

Ratings and reviews

Having the dedicated app is great and it worked without a hitch, but this first iteration is lacking some of the order customization options of the prior platform, such as adding seasoning to the sides and ordering sides together with the main so they can be packaged together as a meal to avoid separate packaging. Finally, please add an option to decline straws/utensils so that we can cut down on waste when those are not needed. Hopefully those features can be added soon.

There is no Google pay integration. They also do not take Discover Card. Food is great, but the app is not quite the same story.

Had to restart the app 3 times to get it to give me a valid order pickup time. It just kept telling me my time was invalid but wouldn't let me change it.
