Ratings and reviews

Having the dedicated app is great and it worked without a hitch, but this first iteration is lacking some of the order customization options of the prior platform, such as adding seasoning to the sides and ordering sides together with the main so they can be packaged together as a meal to avoid separate packaging. Finally, please add an option to decline straws/utensils so that we can cut down on waste when those are not needed. Hopefully those features can be added soon.
