App is broken. Something is wrong with how it keeps information and memory. If you click on an item, your phone starts to glitch out and it'll log you out automatically. I know it's memory because I use a password manager and it kicks me out of that as well. I figured this problem was so bad that no one could not notice and so would be fixed quickly but this has been happening for months now.

Te food was great. I just don't understand what's the point of getting a combo and you know you got a combo meal and they forget to put an item in there (if that item is with the combo) and they tell you it's optional.. umm no. I'll just start screen shooting my orders from now on. I want my pancakes. Cause it's part of the order not order NOT AN OPTION. that's for the drinks and other items.

The app is ok but has glitches. Like I can't see my rewards. I always get the error message, "We are having trouble reaching rewards. Please try that again." I have to log on to the website to see & redeem rewards. Also, sometimes the app says I can't order (usually around midnight) even though ihops are 24hrs in my town and they ARE accepting orders. I have to drive to the store, order, then wait. I like your food. Please fix the app issues. Thanks!
