Ever since they re did their app, the rewards are practically useless in comparison to so many other reward apps. A lot of their deals are just spent 10 bucks, and you get 2 dollars off if you happen to come back in 3 days or expire. Or buy 2 smoothies for about 20 bucks, and we will take off 2 bucks. Honestly, you're better off just spending money elsewhere for cheaper, but if you like spending 125 bucks for a free smoothie, it's the app for you. Update 01/08/25 : The Rewards don't work

jamba you have got to find a way to save gift cards onto the app. I've had gift cards that don't work or that aren't recognized by the scanner and this happened twice in the course of a week. plus the rewards (like for a free food item) for some reason aren't being recognized despite being clicked and added to the transaction. pls work on this bc these rewards and coupons have expirations!

the Campbell location always has quick & friendly service! as you're ordering, the team members are listening to you order & making the drinks (& food) before you even pay for the order! I am not familiar with other locations, but I've always had a positive experience at this one! they have tons of healthy options for smoothies, acai and yogurt bowls & tasty, snackable food items. highly recommend for a quick stop on your lunch break!
