disappointed. I use to go to the Campbell location almost every day. great service, fast and friendly. tried ordering thru the app for the first time recently and was so let down. I was trying to checkout but the app kept saying invalid account. I tried it twice and nothing so I just canceled the order. the next day I see a charge on my account for the smoothie I never picked up since the app kept saying error and wouldn't complete my order. called to te get my money back and I'm still waiting.

UPDATE: everything now works, smooth experience. Love it. OLD: Doesn't recognize its own store. Not sure if the problem is that not all stores participate in the program, but the app doesn't recognize the store even though it shows up on the map (once I zoom in all the way). Manually address entry does nothing, either. Also, doesn't recognize my address. Location services turned on and everything.

Lots of bugs and problems. Doesn't contain all of the smoothies on the menu. Often can't select sizes. The system doesn't provide accurate instructions to the store. For instance, I often order a PB+ Banana Protein (Whey) smoothie. It only allows you to order small. Then, it tells the store to not put any whey in it. It doesn't give you any options to fix this, or add any special instructions to the store. Very frustrating.
