Latest version of the app is sadly disappointing. The former rewards system made me happy to buy food at Kneaders 3 to 4 times a week. I mean, 2 smoothies for the price of one? YES! Kneaders was one of the bright spots in my life for that reward alone. I'll always love Kneaders, but because of the new app, I'll miss them. I won't be going there anymore. I guess the former app, that promoted business & encouraged a quick drive by to pick up lunch or a snack had to go, along with steady customers.

The new rewards system & app are terrible. The points I previously had weren't transferred to an equivalent amount in the new system. The app is slow & lags. It won't allow someone to order an item for a future date if it is sold out on the day that you're trying to make it. For example, if I wanted to order the pumpkin sweet bread to pick on Monday but it's sold out today, then I wouldn't be able to order the bread. I used to go 3-4/week, but now only once every 3 months, maybe 6 months.

I have been a Kneaders customer for many years. The last few times the quality has decreased. My last visit was my last for a while. The cheddar broccoli soup was cold and tasted different. The sandwiches were subpar. The option for pastries was small. Almost everything was marked sold out. This has been a common trend. I ordered online, and I was told to allow 35 mins, and 50 mins later, my order was still not complete. The restaurant was entry, and there was no one in the drive-thru. So sad.
