Dreadful service. Oman Air unilaterally cancelled my flight. It's been 4 weeks and I've sent 5 emails and no response after their initial email. Local office is hopeless and recommends I contact the web refund team which doesn't reply. No one interested in doing anything. App barely serviceable. Will never fly this airline again.

The booking reference field is broken. It does not accept numbers, even though booking codes usually contain both letters and numbers. Because of this, I cannot add my trip at all. This is a serious bug that needs to be fixed.

you need to improve app many things 1 - Should be design things and lean the process of user flow and backward flow. let know if you need more input. 2 - page performance need to do proper testing in all devices. 3 - Update UX/UI design and do testing again. 4 - Instant data Should be save once i click on CTA. 5 - Improve notification and updates ( So user get to know quick update). will share more bugs too.
