After downloading and upgrading to the latest version, I can’t even log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, but still not working. I emailed customer service and received no response. it's been 3 days the umobile app not working. Very disappointing experience — what a lousy app. Please fix these issues urgently.

This app has been crashing for like a week now. And I cannot use the internet hotspot data at all. Restarted my phone and reinstalled the apps and then installed it back. Still the apps cannot be used and keep crashing. Super inconvenient. No explanation from the customer service team too.

Dear Umobile prepaid customers, you better be extremely wary with umobile texts especially right after you top up a certain amount of money. The app will suggest you get a bigger plan and use up your credit for a plan did not intend to get. I never wanted to upgrade, I just want to topup quickly and get on with my business.
