​i accidentally selected the wrong plan, and it was subscribed immediately without any double confirmation. I have wasted RM40 for a plan that is essentially useless. ​The advertised speed of 48Mbps is extremely poor value for RM40. Many users might misread or mistake this for a much faster speed like 48MBps, but in reality, 4.8MBps is incredibly slow. ​The fact that all the plans are severely capped and the application's user experience is so hai👋

I gotta say the service in the app is very great but for some reason every time I try to top up I can't cuz it keeps saying that there's some sort of error which really frustrated me, what's even more interesting is that the support service literally told to update the app which I did what I was told, the told me to wait for two days, it's been a week already.

I don't even understand why this app exists. There is not a single function that justifies not being a website, and login via OTP is extremely cumbersome for home broadband users who need to log in to their router and navigate the flimsy menu to get to the SMS central...
