Half of this app just launches in a web browser. I tried to use the 'Treat Me Now' feature, and it just took me to book an appointment... in a web browser. When I went to check my calendar, web browser totally reset meaning the entire survey was lost. Seems pointless to have the app on my phone at all.

This app is pretty much trash on Android. The ability to take a clear photo of your insurance card is not possible. I have a Samsung S10. Push notifications are inconsistent. Thank goodness I get email reminders. The questionnaire is not adaptive. Respond with "None of the above" and the following prompt asks you for more details 🙄. This app has a ways to go before it's useful for more than simply booking an appointment.

This is not a mature app, but the idea is sound. I like booking appointments at any hour of the day and love the video visit feature. But, when something goes wrong, I want to know more than a generic "Uh oh! Something went wrong. Try again later." If an office was closed due to flooding, the booking error shouldn't tell me to try again. If I can't start a video visit because I have 3% battery, whatever weirdness that generates, "Uh oh[...]try again later" distracts from the real problem.
