Looks like someone paid attention to my situation and got my problem solved. If I get my replacement card mailed to me I will definitely stick with One VIP. If they got employees that can solve their customers issues, then you can call it a good company!

There is someone getting into my account, *Bryan Boot, *Damour Ent, Cash Out, Ding, from April 12th to May21st. Adding up to almost $400. I did not make these transactions or, authorize anyone to usey card. I noticed this today when I was looking at a e-receipt from 7-11 from 5/19

I have just gotten a little money from a phone company arbitration. I have tried to withdraw the money and it would not allow me. I keep getting a message saying that there is something wrong and it is declining. I have called customer service about it and I've had the representative on the line with me when I have tried to withdraw the money. She put in an escalated ticket to see what is going to happen. She said that I can try to withdraw the money again and that I can call is necessary.
