OnTrac OnRoute is an application designed for independent owner-operators to manage and improve their delivery businesses.

I really like this app, but as an On-Trac driver, 1 of my biggest challenges comes from packages that are added on after the initial optimization. When I finalize I end up with sequences like 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc, and the map doesn't do a great job of putting them in the right order. If the optimization came after all the packages were scanned, this would eliminate that problem all together, which would really speed up the scanning process.

Could be better. The barcode scanner is certainly an improvement and the amount of clicks necessary to deliver has been decreased which is nice. Room for improvement: route optimization isn't the best, this honestly isn't a huge deal, if not for the VERY annoying feature of the map to automatically zoom onto the next stop. For example, if I want to zoom into the map and click on a stop to get more info, the map will automatically recalibrate and zoom out/away from where I want to see. Plz fix!

Everyone complains about the random zooming in/out that happens as you're trying to look over the route. Why is this a feature? For what purpose? Please get rid of it, or at least give us the option to have a static map we can zoom in and out of ourselves so we can actually see the route. Also, it should be WAY more difficult to delete your route, some kind of verification should be implemented or move the "irreversibly delete route" button someplace less accessible..
