OnTrac OnRoute is an application designed for independent owner-operators to manage and improve their delivery businesses.

Could be better. The barcode scanner is certainly an improvement and the amount of clicks necessary to deliver has been decreased which is nice. Room for improvement: route optimization isn't the best, this honestly isn't a huge deal, if not for the VERY annoying feature of the map to automatically zoom onto the next stop. For example, if I want to zoom into the map and click on a stop to get more info, the map will automatically recalibrate and zoom out/away from where I want to see. Plz fix!

I really like this app, but as an On-Trac driver, 1 of my biggest challenges comes from packages that are added on after the initial optimization. When I finalize I end up with sequences like 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc, and the map doesn't do a great job of putting them in the right order. If the optimization came after all the packages were scanned, this would eliminate that problem all together, which would really speed up the scanning process.

Since the latest update: I have had packages show up on my manifest as multiple deliveries when they are not the same address...I have had packages get removed from my drive manifest so I didn't deliver them until after I re-scanned them to be added to the driving manifest. These issues create problems to get the deliveries done in a timely manner when I am being bounced around 15 miles one way and then 15 miles the other direction. If Google maps were embedded into the software that would help
