This app is not swift as expected, I have been attempting to upgrade my account and in the process of filling the requirements the check boxes are not responding fast and swiftly, please do something about it. Also, if my upgrade fails, please send me message and don't just take me back to the beginning.

Imagine trying to open your bank app and it won't connect. What kind of service is that? I regret putting my money in this bank. The service is not user-friendly at all. It took almost three weeks just to upgrade my account, and now the app is having connection issues. A bank should make banking easy, not frustrating. There is a lot of room for improvement. This keeps the complaint firm while sounding professional and credible.
