With My Orange you can check your account balance, add options and services, manage Favourite Numbers, recharge online any Orange account with a bank card and change your tariff plan on the go, wherever you are - with just one click.

Anti-Spam Protection:
By activating Anti-Spam protection, you will be able to identify unwanted calls before answering. Anti-Spam protection uses reliable information to recognize incoming calls and to suggest which ones are spam or telemarketing. You can also decide to automatically block numbers that are identified as spam, so you will no longer receive these calls on your phone at all and you will no longer be disturbed!

This feature requires permissions to access and manage phone calls. These permissions are necessary to identify, block, and notify users about potential spam calls.

Before enabling the Anti-Spam feature, you will need to accept a few permissions:
• To access the contact list in order to identify if the number is recognized by the user and to display notifications for recognized numbers, potential spam numbers, or potential telemarketing numbers.
• To allow the My Orange app to manage phone calls in order to block spam/telemarketing calls.

Why is this important?
This feature ensures that you are not interrupted by unwanted calls, providing a safer and more convenient communication experience.

What you need to know:
· the app is available for all Orange Abonament, PrePay and Internet Acum PrePay customers;
· you need a 3G/4G internet connection to successfully authenticate in My Orange;
· once authenticated, you can use any data connection, including Wi-Fi;
· the authentication session is valid 14 days and it will automatically reset for another 14 days every time you open the app using an Orange 3G/4G connection;
· also, you can authenticate through WiFi with Orange Account;
· the traffic used to download the app will be charged at your standard rate;
· the traffic used within the app is free, except “Orange Stores” and “Orange Chat” sections;
· when using My Orange in roaming, data traffic will be charged according to your roaming rates and options.

upd Oct 2025: Most of the stuff I highlighted recently was actually addressed and implemented, so that's great to have. Having another issue right now though - I cannot pay for a 3rd party account. When I select Payments -> Online payment -> Another Number - I'm getting a text field to enter a name or a number, but no way to confirm it or search for it. I'm guessing there should be a button that someone missed.

Update. the app just doesn't work one time I log in and it has all my data, next time it says I don't have a number. there was not one time I could use it without running into an issue. Difficult to navigate,onetime you see the internet packages you could buy and activate, next time you access the app you can not find them anymore.. magic

It is very annoying to receive app notifications after 22:00 with some irelevant news from Orange. Can't you do during the day?! The second thing I don't like is that in the app it is mentioned that I can manage all my numbers. However, I see only one of my numbers even if both are under monthly plan on my name, no option to add the other one, and as well no information abou my devices that I am paying for till now. I believe such a company could do better!
