Orange Flex is an in-app mobile offer. More flexible than a standard subscription, easier than a prepaid plan. It's easy to transfer your number and you can change your Plan whenever you need to – even once a month. Forget about long contracts and notice periods! Plus you get data and unlimited calls, 5G and eSIM.
WHY IS IT GREAT TO BE IN ORANGE FLEX?
EASY. You sign up. You transfer your number or get a new one. You install an eSIM or order a SIM card. All in the app, without calling or leaving your home.
LOTS OF EVERYTHING. You get unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in Poland and in the EU. You choose how much data you need per month. Plus you get Social Pass, so you can scroll through the social media and use messaging apps without using up data from the Plan.
AND MORE. Still not enough? In Orange Flex, you can increase your data limit. All you have to do is activate our UNLMTD offer – unlimited data packages for 7 or 30 days. Perfect for digital ninjas who can't live without the internet.
Oh, and you can choose 1, 2 or 3 additional SIM cards or eSIMs for free with your Plan. We figured that it's nice to have for a smartwatch, tablet or second phone. But with UNLMTD you can get unlimited internet at home, for a life free of cables and long contracts.
FLEXIBLE. You can upgrade, downgrade, activate and deactivate your monthly Plan whenever you want and with no extra charge. You can set everything up once or change your mind every month. Unused GBs are stored in the Data Safe so that you don’t lose them!
OR STABLE. If you don't need frequent changes, you choose an annual subscription and pay less.
FREEDOM. In Orange Flex, there are no long-term contracts, paperwork, trips to the store or other formalities. Who would want to play that game now we've invented the subscription?

This is the best wireless experience I have ever had. It took me just 15 minutes to get started, and now I have my phone, tablet and laptop all connected with unlimited data for much cheaper than the fiber connection I was considering. WiFi is a thing of the past!

Your service is good but I don't understand why you have to block my simcard to not even receive calls or messages after a day of not topping up. That's too harsh.

Terrible internet provider for roaming, i repeatedly reported to Orange this problem, but all they did was to blame the phone, but right now, i have a new phone, and it is still not working properly. This is my last month i will be moving to another provider that provides good quality internet and good customer service. Also i have been in Germany from the beginning of month but my original internet is used somehow (this should be impossible as I'm only able to use roaming, not usual Internet)
