Ratings and reviews

Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

The app is excellent. The only problem that I have is having to get a code every time I sign on. It can get annoying.

When I go to do my pre-registeration check in it's not letting me do anything as it continues to not let me clear the insurance information part. As well ALL of the clinical notes after March 20th have disappeared
