Ratings and reviews

Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

Information coincided with ALL my emails & appointment reminders, just in one app. This can easily be worked with someone with limited technology use or a loved one trying to find the next appt address.

The app is excellent. The only problem that I have is having to get a code every time I sign on. It can get annoying.
