Ratings and reviews

Absolute garbage! Baptist went cheap with this app. The interface is painfully slow and half the time you get "we encountered an unexpected error; please try another page". When you call their tech support hotline, they claim there aren't any complaints. However, when you talk with other patients (and even employees) they all agree that the application is useless and frustrating.

Horrible slow app, always removes login credentials, so you have to log in manually. You'd think a big hospital like Baptist could make a better app.

POS .... slow, repeatedly crashes, no support, lots of bugs logging in, been trying for months to accept access to another family member's records
