Ratings and reviews

Keeps on telling me debug mode needs to be turned off. Why? This app is useless. In response to the developer: this will be the only app, including apps that hold sensitive data, that wants me to turn off developer mode. I find this requirement unjustified. So my only answer is to leave the rating as one star. And I will delete the app. It also doesn't work on my iPad either so apparently they need to rewrite the entire app.

Terrible app. Freezes, crashes, it's EXTREMELY slow. And if it crashes while you're just VIEWING an appointment, when you finally get back to the appointment screen, the one you were viewing is gone (and no, it's not bc someone else took that slot bc this happens in the middle of the night.) Very disappointing.

The app is updated to the latest version. The whole past communication with my doctors has disappeared. I cannot contact any of my doctors. Past lab results have disappeared. I have no access to a comparison of the most recent labs with results in the past anymore. I hope that at least my doctors will have access to those. Releasing an app that doesn't work is reckless and dangerous. L. E. None of the developer's suggestions work.
