Now I'm getting an invoice being charged almost €300 for services offered the entire year. I'm sorry, but why! Was a given a monthly bill based on my consumption, even got my bill reduced many times! And now they're telling me I owe them when I paid every single month the exact amount that was due!? You guys are trying to steal money from people!! What a horrible, horrible company. I would NEVER recommend it to anybody.

I don't understand the negative reviews. I have been with Ostrom for 3 months now and they are very helpful when it come to customer service. The registration was a very easy process. my only problem what it took them almost a month to provide me electricity, but other than this, it is all good.

After the update, I can no longer start the app. It wants to update, but when I tap the button, I can only open it, no update. it's a bug, a neverending loop...

What’s new

- Under Contract, you can see the withdrawal button.
- During sign-up, you can enter a yearly usage up to 99.999 kWh.
- The button to redeem your bonus stays hidden while your contract is not active yet and when your contract has expired and the final invoice has already been created.
- The price graph shows an electricity price of 0 correctly. The independent meter help opens again when you add a solar inverter. On Android, the meter reading field stays visible above the keyboard.
