After installing the new RFID on my vehicle, this app no longer shows all of my transactions. I’ve repeatedly contacted their support via email, but I keep receiving the same generic response saying they’re “working on it,” without any clear explanation of what’s causing the issue or when it will be fixed. This has been very frustrating.

Suddenly I cannot login. i tried to use forget password. it says my email is invalid. i tried to create account using same email, it says email is existing. biometrics is useless, login to google is useless. their contact email is full and does not accept new messages.

pls tell your developer that adding another vehicle (family) generates an error! Buti pa yung RFID app it was so easy to add another vehicle so I can easily "load" payment to their vehicles. Since one RFID na lng...Yng EasyTrip na lng will be removed from the vehicle Kaka stress to add them kase sa app. Kainis!!!
