I think there is a great improvement from what I was yesterday in terms of flexibility and energy, which means going forward I will be fit with a good posture.

It's a very good app and has really been very helpful for me but from day 15, most of the exercise animation or display is missing which makes the app to stop working since it can't find the file. This is a problem because I have been consistent and this is preventing me from actualizing the 30days target.

Beautiful app some people think the timer is faulty but I think it depends on the intensity of the exercise. Low intensity exercises require more time. Hence with some exercises the timer will count 15s for a single 1 bar. And note on the app it doesnt specify that its seconds.
