I love this app for exercising at home! PJ is amazing and she has cultivated a fantastic user experience all the way around. There are versions of the app for just about any device, and her team is wonderful about responding to any problems quickly. There are a range of workouts for every level, and a ton of different types of workouts available. The community is excellent and everyone is friendly and helpful and encouraging!

I started working out with PJ during the pandemic when my gym closed. Now that I have this app I am not planning to return to my gym. I love her strength workouts - they are challenging but geared for those of us over 50. Two great things have happened since I started her workouts - my core is stronger and I have less injuries doing other activities. With the app I also have access to other instructors for Pilates, Barre, Yoga and Meditation. I loved adding Pilates and Barre back into my workout routine. You don't have to plan your workout schedule - there are challenges and monthly workout calendars to keep you on track. Highly recommended!

PJ is an engaging and very down to earth instructor. Her workouts are for all levels from beginners to very fit people, with workarounds and options for all kinds of things, so you can still move and get fitter no matter what. highly recommend!
