I order from Jackpot pretty often, and its normally great. However, tonight I ordered, and it was not good. the mega pepperoni pizza was dry with hardly any sauce or cheese, and the pepperoni was chewy. I'm not sure if the store ran out of sauce and cheese, but it was definitely not up to its usual standard. I hope this was just a one off 😔

No order/delivery tracking in app and ZERO notification that your order was canceled by the restaurant after receiving 2 confirmation texts with ETA (second text was to push the time back) we didn't find out the order was canceled until it was 10 mins late from an eta already pushed back by 30 minutes. No notification whatsoever. Horrible customer service. We won't order from you again.

I've never been disappointed by the food from Jackpot Pizza. it's always good!! 😊
